Check if the router is turned on by verifying the Power LED on the router Ensure the internet cable is connected to the router If using a switch, ensure it is properly connected to the router Verify that the internet cable is correctly connected to the computer If using a SIM-based router, check for network signal on the router If there is no signal, move the router to a location with a better network Ensure that the Sophos device is functioning and the power LED is blue Verify that the switch is working and connected to the Sophos device
